Dr. Peter Greenwald has co-authored several studies on topics surrounding telemedicine, including antibiotic prescribing practices, older patients’ telemedicine experiences, and a telemedicine program that performs medical screening examinations.

Sharma Rahul

Rahul Sharma, MD, MBA, FACEP

Chairman, Department of Emergency Medicine

Professor of Clinical Emergency Medicine and of Clinical Healthcare Policy and Research

As the inaugural chairman for the Department of Emergency Medicine, Dr. Rahul Sharma is a national leader in the fields of emergency medicine, healthcare operations, telemedicine and virtual healthcare.

Heather Yeo

Heather Yeo, MD, MHS, MBA, MS

Nanette Laitman Clinical Scholar in Healthcare Policy and Research/Clinical Evaluation
Associate Professor of Surgery
Assistant Professor of Healthcare Policy and Research

Dr. Heather Yeo specializes in the comprehensive care of colorectal cancer patients and research on improving the surgical experience. She has utilized telemedicine for post-surgical recovery sessions and for patients with chronic illness.
