The Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine provides care to a high volume of patients in the Medical Intensive Care Unit. The division offers a fellowship training program in which trainees complete rotations in the medical intensive care unit and perform consultation services. Renowned researchers have advanced knowledge on conditions like chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, interstitial lung disease and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, among others.
