Ophthalmology

The Ophthalmology Department serves a complete range of eye specialties, including cataract, cornea and glaucoma care. Physicians cater both to common conditions- from contact lens prescriptions to accurate eyeglasses, and rare conditions - from artificial corneal replacement to complicated retinal detachment. The department offers clinical trials on therapies such as new forms of laser on diabetic macular edema, while researchers study ocular disease.
