The Center for Male Reproductive Medicine and Microsurgery was the first university center in the United States devoted exclusively to male infertility research and treatments. Connected to the Ronald O. Perelman and Claudia Cohen Center for Reproductive Medicine, the Center for Male Reproductive Medicine treats infertile couples, resulting in the highest pregnancy rates of any fertility center in the world. The center specializes in microsurgical procedures, reverse vasectomies and the retrieval of sperm from the testicles for use during in-vitro fertilization. Research focuses on basic and clinical research related to adult circumcision, causes of male infertility and ejaculation dysfunction, among other topics. The center offers a two-year training program for fellows interested in male reproduction and provides educational programs for professionals and the public.
