Bob's Leadership Lab

A new podcast is coming in Spring 2027!

Dr. Robert A. Harrington believes that great leaders surround themselves with people who have expertise they lack and are perpetual students, absorbing insights to continually innovate how they lead. That’s what inspired this new podcast: Bob’s Leadership Lab.

Some guests are Bob’s close friends and colleagues, while others are experts he is thrilled to meet. All are thought leaders shaping their industries such as health and medicine, technology, media, executive communication, and more.

Listeners are invited to join Bob and his guests to learn from exciting conversations about real-life issues that leaders face, including how personal health habits impact decision-making, the importance of relationship leadership and prioritizing communication skills. Each episode will be insightful and actionable for any level of leadership.

This podcast grew out of a popular talk Bob gave on leadership lessons learned throughout his career as an interventional cardiologist, past president of the American Heart Association, and in executive positions at Stanford and Duke University before coming to Weill Cornell Medicine. He also hosts a Medscape Cardiology podcast called “The Bob Harrington Show” and Weill Cornell Medicine’s “Ask Bob” video series.
