Class Giving
WCMC alumni generously support the area of scholarship. More than 70 Class Scholarship and Loan Funds provide annual income for tuition assistance for qualifying students. Thanks to the generosity of alumni and friends, the indebtedness of Weill Cornell graduates has been reduced to $147,352 - lower than the national average of $166,750 - but still daunting. Since the launch of the Discoveries that Make a Difference Campaign, alumni and friends have contributed more than $20 million in scholarship support.
Alumni can make a gift to their class fund by completing a WCMC Alumni Gift Reply Form and faxing it to 212-832-0205 or returning it by mail with a check or credit card information to:

12th Annual Dean's Circle Dinner

Dean's Circle
Established in 1997 by the Weill Cornell Medical College Alumni Association Board of Directors, the Dean's Circle annual giving society recognizes alumni donors who have made significant financial commitments to ensure the continued excellence of their alma mater.
Dean's Circle members are listed on a special donor plaque located in the Weill Education Center at 1300 York Avenue. Members also receive a framed certificate signed by the Dean of the Medical College and a lapel pin. Each spring, the Dean hosts a lively thank you dinner for members and their spouses/guests.
Dean's Circle members make cash pledges of $25,000 or more or include Weill Cornell in their estate plans at a level of $50,000 or more. Members typically elect to support their class fund, endow a scholarship, or name a Principal Investigator’s Office in the Medical Research Building, the cornerstone of the Discoveries that Make a Difference Campaign. Young Alumni Circle
In 2011, Weill Cornell Medical College launched the Young Alumni Circle to recognize the loyalty and generosity of our most recent graduates. Members of the Young Alumni Circle will help ensure a strong financial future for the Medical College by making a symbolic leadership gift at one of the Young Alumni Circle giving levels.
0-4 Years Out: An annual gift mirroring your year of graduation (e.g. $20.11 for those who graduated in 2011)
5-7 Years Out: $50/year
8-10 Years Out: $100/year

Alumni Campaign Committee
The Alumni Campaign Committee was formed to engage Weill Cornell alumni in promoting the Discoveries that Make a Difference Campaign. Chaired by WCMC Alumni Association Board members Thomas P. McGovern, M.D. '74 and Paul F. Miskovitz, M.D. '75, this dynamic new outreach group consists of alumni—both faculty and voluntaries—who work in a wide range of specialties. Some have served in leadership roles with the Alumni Association; others are new to involvement on this level. All, however, are deeply committed to Weill Cornell and to the urgency of its scientific mission.
