The Reproductive Endocrinology Lab uses classic genetic and molecular approaches to investigate basic questions in reproductive and cardiovascular biology. Researchers use pluripotent stem cells—meaning stem cells that can form all adult cell types—as well as advanced imaging techniques and cell-handling technologies to develop therapeutic approaches for infertility and vascular system dysfunction. The lab also works with reproductive endocrinologists from the Ronald O. Perelman and Claudia Cohen Center for Reproductive Medicine to diagnose patient reproductive issues and monitor in vitro fertilization cycles.
