Description of Practice/Services Offered

I offer Adult Individual and Couples Therapy. I have expertise in the area of Anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Dissociation, and Borderline Personality Disorder. I also work with new Mothers. I offer an integrated approach, combining psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and supportive techniques in a private pratice.

Areas of Research

I received a NIDA grant and have researched Interpersonal Violence, Post-Traumatic Stress disorder, and other trauma symptoms in a drug addicted female forensic population. My results showed significant levels of anger and hyperarousal in these women which were positively related to poor treatment outcome.
