I provide consultation and psychotherapy for individuals (adults and adolescents), couples
and families, using an eclectic approach which combines psychodynamic treatment and evidence
based treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy
(IPT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I treat anxiety (panic disorder, social anxiety,
generalized anxiety), trauma, bereavement, and depression (including post-partum depression). I
also provide psychotherapy to individuals and couples who are dealing with fertility issues and
may be considering reproductive surgery, fertility treatments, or adoption. More generally, I provide psychotherapy to individuals and couples who are dissatisfied with their interpersonal
relationships or with their career and who aspire to lead a more meaningful life. I conduct
psychotherapy in both Hebrew and English.
