Description of Practice/Services Offered


1. Private psychotherapy practice for adults with anxiety disorders and personality disorders. Integrate CBT, Schema and psychodynamic approaches depending upon nature of presenting problem and treatment goals and preferences of patient.

2. “Mindful Parenting” parent-infant guidance classes based on principles of RIE method. Classes are ongoing, ten infants maximum per class. For parents and infants aged from three months old to two years old. Class teaches parents how to observe their children and develops confidence in parents’ ability to understand, relate to and enjoy their children
