If you require urgent medical assistance, please seek care at your closest emergency room or call 911. Also, please note that we are unable to accept patients on a walk-in basis. Appointments are required.

We only see patients on Monday evening, from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm. To schedule an appointment, you may use our online request form or call us at 646-WMC-WCCC (962-9222).

Because of high demand, the next available appointment may be least 8 weeks away. We will update this site as our availability changes.
