Known Issues

• Profiles cannot be saved if content has been deleted and has generated a blank text field. Trying to save will revert the blank content back to the content that was there previously.
• Content format issues may be observed (i.e. missing or enlarged paragraph breaks, special characters displayed instead of punctuation, etc.).
• Editing more than one field simultaneously may cause instability within the editor Editor.
• Using Internet Explorer may not allow clicking and dragging to select blocks of text.

Profile Issues

• Editor display of a profile may not be the same as the published profile view. If you observe this, please contact rps@med.cornell.edu.
• Appointment titles may not display appropriately in the RPS Editor preview.
• Appointment titles available in the RPS Editor may not be accurate.
• Education section may contain duplicates.
