Biography
Dr. Borden was born and raised in Chicago, Il, and received his undergraduate education at the University of Pennsylvania. He received his medical degree from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine before returning to Chicago for his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Chicago. Dr. Borden served as Chief Medical Resident and as an attending physician in Internal Medicine at the University of Chicago. During his residency and chief residency, he also earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Finally, Dr. Borden completed his fellowship training in Cardiovascular Diseases with an emphasis in Preventive Cardiology and Lipidology before joining the Weill Cornell Medical College-New York Presbyterian Hospital as a full-time faculty member.
