Voted one of New York Magazine's Best Doctors in 2008 - Pediatric Cardiology
Dr. Rubin Cooper is a specialist in congenital heart disease and rheumatic fever. He received his medical degree (M.D.) at New York Medical College in 1971. He completed his Residency in Pediatrics at University of Rochester, Strong Memorial Hospital at Rochester, New York, where he also undertook a Fellowship in Pediatric Cardiology.
His interests include adult congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, cardiac magnetic resonance imaging and telemedicine.
