Global Health
My global health work primarily involves education and training of students and residents abroad. I spend one-two weeks each year Doha, Qatar both at Weill Cornell Medical College - Qatar and Hamad Hospital. I also run a subinternship in New York for students from Qatar. For one to two weeks per year, I work in the Technical University of Munich, Germany, where I moderate a case-based learning program for medical students; currently, one WCMC student participates in this program each year. In addition I help orchestrate the rotations for T.U.M. students at New York - Weill Cornell Medical Center. In Tanzania, I direct the program by which NYPH-WCMC medical residents work at Weill Bugando Medical Center.
