Geoffrey H. Westrich, M.D. completed his undergraduate studies at Tufts University School of Engineering, where he received a B.S. in Engineering, with honors, in 1986. He attended medical school at Tufts University School of Medicine, where he received an M.D. degree in 1990, and was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha. Dr. Westrich then performed his General Surgery Internship at North Shore Hospital-Cornell University Program in Manhasset, NY, followed by his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at Hospital For Special Surgery/New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center, New York, NY, which he completed in 1995. A Fellowship in Orthopedic Trauma at Inselspital, Bern, Switzerland was followed by a Hip/Knee Fellowship in Adult Reconstruction at Hospital For Special Surgery, New York, NY. Dr. Westrich is currently an Assistant Attending Orthopedic Surgeon at Cornell University and an Assistant Attending Orthopedic Surgeon at Hospital for Special Surgery.
