Dr. Magro published extensively in the dermatology and pathology literature. Dr. Magro has published 150 peer-reviewed manuscripts in the medical and scientific literature and has another dozen or so papers in press at the present time. Dr. Magro has personally written many of these manuscripts, often serving as the first or the senior author. Her textbook The Lymphoid Proliferation is expected to be released in January 2007. She has begun a third textbook with the same co-authors which will be entitled Dermatopathology Primer on Melanocytic and Epithelial Neoplasia. She has also contributed almost 100 abstracts, the vast majority which have been presented at national pathology and dermatology meetings. Her considerable experience and expertise in diagnostic dermatopathology has led to invitations to serve as a reviewer for numerous journals including virtually every dermatology and pathology journal published in the United States. Although not a scientist, she has partnered with a number of scientists, serving as a co-investigator on research grants from the pharmaceutical industry as well as from the NIH.
