Research Overview
Dr. Greenwald's research interests are in the area of critical illness in the pediatric patient. He is involved in several ongoing clinical projects. These include:
- Outcome of intensive care in in pediatric recipients of bone marrow/stem cell transplantation
- Outcomes in infants and children with severe influenza infections
- Interhospital transport of critically ill pediatric patients
- Treatment of severe respiratory failure in children with surfactant
