The Epigenomics Core Facility of Weill Cornell Medical College provides a wide range of epigenomics research resources and services to the university community and outside investigators. We offer DNA methylation profiling, protein-nucleic acid association (ChIP-Seq), DNA sequencing, Exome Capture, RNA-seq and others. Core resources and services include sample preparation , data generation, data processing, bioinformatics analysis and data storage.
