Weill Cornell Medical College (WCMC) receives invitations from federal and non-federal agencies to apply for various limited submission programs. These programs are different in that the number of applicants per institution is limited. In some cases WCMC will be allowed a limited number of applicants, and in other cases Cornell University, Ithaca and WCMC are viewed as a single institution and the limit is inclusive of both University sites.

In order to accommodate this requirement an internal faculty committee, the Research Awards Committee (RAC), reviews nominations. RAC is responsible for selecting the best-qualified applicants for a specific limited submission program.

Nominations for limited submission programs must be submitted to the Grants & Contracts office by the internal nomination deadline in order to be included in the review process.

The Research Awards Committee Calendar below lists limited submission programs under the month in which invitations are normally received by Grants & Contracts. This information is subject to change as agencies often change their deadlines and programs are discontinued. When a limited submission program internal deadline is set, an announcement is broadcasted via email to the campus community and will be added to this page.
