By Car
Approaching from south of East 67th Street – Take the FDR Drive northbound to the 61st Street exit. Turn right onto York Avenue and go north to 67th Street. Turn left on East 67th Street. The Laurel Condominium Building (number 402) is on the left side of the street between York and First Avenues. The Department of Public Health occupies offices on several floors of the building; the main reception area is on the second floor.
Approaching from north of East 69th Street – Take the FDR Drive southbound to the 71st Street exit. Turn left onto York Avenue and go south to 67th Street. Turn right on East 67th Street to number 402.
By Subway
Take the #6 train to East 68th Street. Walk one block south to East 67th Street, then 3 1/2 blocks east to 402 East 67th Street. Or, take the M66 bus eastbound on 68th Street to First Avenue and walk south to 67th Street.
By Bus
Take the M31 to the East 67th Street stop at York Avenue. Walk on East 67th Street toward First Avenue to number 402. (The M31 operates north and south on York Avenue, and across town on 57th Street.)
Crosstown buses M30, M66, and M72 allow you to transfer to the M31 at York Avenue.
