Minimum Stipend Policy
Upon initial appointment, all Postdoctoral Associates should be offered a stipend of at least the current NIH NRSA scale based on their year of experience as a postdoc. The NIH NRSA scale listed below represents the minimum stipend scale. There is no set maximum allowable compensation, so Postdoctoral Associates may be offered stipends in excess of the minimum.

Any exceptions to these guidelines must be requested by the Principle Investigator in writing and submitted to the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs.
