Tri-Institutional Career Symposium
Symposium Prepares Postdocs for Life in the Work Force
For the past five years, postdocs and the postdoc offices at Weill Cornell Medical College, The Rockefeller University and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center have organized an all-day symposium to expose trainees to the range of opportunities for scientists.
The 2009 symposium was hosted by Weill Cornell on March 31 and featured panelists from academic and non-academic careers. A reception held later in the day gave the postdocs additional opportunities to network with the speakers.
