Sexual Misconduct: Title IX, Violence Against Women Act, Campus Save Act
Weill Cornell Medical College is committed to providing an environment that is free from all acts of sexual misconduct and will not tolerate sexual misconduct, domestic/intimate partner violence, or stalking by or against students, staff, faculty, alumni, or visitors. The Medical College will respond promptly and appropriately to all reports of sexual misconduct.
Any student or group believing that he, she, or the group has experienced sexual harassment, sexual assault/violence or other violence based on his or her sex, including domestic/intimate partner violence, or stalking, in the context of academic pursuit, the living/learning environment, or employment should report the matter promptly to

Campus Security Report and Fire Safety Report
This report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on-campus; in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Weill Cornell Medical College; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from, the campus. The report also includes institutional policies concerning campus security, such as policies concerning sexual assault, and other matters.
