The Office of Postdoctoral Affairs is available to answer your questions about policies and procedures that pertain to postdoctoral trainees. On this site you will find guidelines for appointing postdoctoral trainees, suggestions for recruiting postdoctoral trainees, as well as resources (see below) to help you answer any questions your postdocs may have while working at Weill Cornell Medical College.

Getting Started: A checklist of necessary steps for postdoctoral trainees to get started in their new positions (includes information about Orientation sessions).

Benefits and Leave Policies: An overview of the policies that pertain to postdoctoral trainees; these can also be accessed via the Intranet. Other inquiries can be addressed to HR at 420 E. 69th Street, room 220.

International Scholars: In person inquiries can be made in 217 Olin Hall to answer all Social Security, Tax and Visa questions.

Minimum Stipend Policy: The Weill Cornell Medical College minimum stipends, which are based on the current NIH NRSA scale.
