Online Surveys
Online Surveys provides customized electronic surveys delivered through the Web for data collection. These surveys can be used for collecting data within the WCMC community, as well as for external customers or clients.
The most prominent use of Online Surveys is for the HIPAA employee training.

Cost
- Work to develop and deploy your survey is charged at a rate of $95 per hour of labor
- Enhanced services are calculated on a per-project basis
