Information Technologies & Services (ITS) provides network connectivity, management, and basic troubleshooting for Polycom videoconferencing codecs. Videoconferencing is a popular solution for gathering geographically disperse people into a single meeting.

ITS does not provide connectivity or support for videoconferencing equipment from other companies, such as Tandberg or Sony.

This service is for codecs that are purchased by a department and permanently installed in a particularly conference room or office. If you are interested in using a video conferencing system for your event, please contact the Event Services Office.
