Information Technologies & Services (ITS) standard phone service includes unlimited local and national calling, audio conferencing, visual voicemail, zone paging, text alerting, and directory services.

What Is Included

- Nortel Voice over IP (VoIP) phone/handset
- Visual Voicemail (graphical interface to manage your voice mail)
- Conferencing (conference up to five other parties from your phone without needing a conference bridge)
- Virtual Office (log into any phone on the ITS Phone System and have all your personalized phone features and phone lines available to you)
- Caller ID
- Call forwarding
- Unlimited local and national long distance calls, including calls to Canada
- Zone paging (send text alerts to groups of phones)
- Directory services (view the WCMC phone directory directly on your phone)
Cost
- A one-time fee of $850 is charged for a standard set
- Monthly charge of $50 for basic phone functionality per handset
- International long distance services are charged separately
