Information Technologies & Services (ITS) provides phone service to several WCMC locations which includes the following: a standard desktop IP phone, unlimited local and national calling, voice mail, visual voicemail, zone paging, text alerting, directory services, faxing capabilities, sophisticated computerized call routing and call center services. Depending on your office location, phone service may be provided by NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital Telecommunications.
