RESOLVED: Call Center Service Experiencing Issues, 4/27

Update: The Call Center service has been restored as of 11:00 AM. All Call Centers should be back up. ITS is verifying the Call Center services are fully restored, and we are also working with the vendor to determine the cause of the outage. Please contact the ITS Service Desk at extension 6-4878 if you have any questions or concerns.


The Call Center service is experiencing difficulties at this time: some Call Centers may not be receiving calls. The ITS Support line, extension 6-4878, is also affected by this issue. To contact ITS support email support@med.cornell.edu.

ITS is working with the vendor to fix the problem, and we will update this status item when their is an estimated repair time or the issue has been resolved.
