Scheduled Maintenance and Downtime for Telephony Services, 2/2-2/3
The Information Technologies & Services (ITS) Department will be conducting some scheduled maintenance on the ITS phone service during the following downtime window:
Start: Saturday, February 2nd, 9:00 PM
Finish: Sunday, February 3rd, 4:00 AM
All phone service to ITS-supported phones and call centers will be unavailable during these times. In addition, phone lines pertaining to patient services will be forwarded to the appropriate answering service. Users will not be allowed to check their voicemail.
