myDesktop provides an easy-to-use portal for accessing Weill Cornell Medical College (WCMC) and NewYork-Presbyterian computing resources from outside the college network. Users can access WCMC and NewYork-Presbyterian clinical, library, mainframe, and other computing resources through secure, authenticated gateways without having to use a dedicated VPN client. myDesktop is available to all students, faculty, and staff of WCMC with an active CWID. Access to individual resources is provisioned on a per-user basis.

All active EpicCare and WCMC WebVPN users may log into the myDesktop portal to connect to these applications. Due to licensing restrictions, access to GE CB via this portal is limited.

NewYork-Presbyterian employees and residents should contact the NewYork-Presbyterian Helpdesk at 4-HELP(44357) to access NewYork-Presbyterian applications via the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital's Information Technology Access Site (ITA).
