Below is a listing of browser compatibility status for most popular web browsers for the March 2009 version of webmail. If you are using an unsupported browser, ITS has not confirmed that the system functions normally and will not provide assistance or troubleshooting.

To determine the version of the browser you are using on Windows, select Help -> About from the menu bar. To determine the version of the browser you are using on Mac OS X, open the Application menu (located next to the Apple menu, showing the name of the application you are running), and then select About.

Internet Explorer

• Internet Explorer 8 is supported and recommended.
• Internet Explorer 6 & 7 are supported, but some functionality may be hampered.
• Earlier versions of Internet Explorer are not supported.

Firefox

• Firefox 3.x is supported and recommended.
• Firefox 1.x & 2.x ARE NOT supported.

Safari

• Safari 4.x and 5.x are supported.
• Earlier versions of Safari are not supported.

Chrome

• Chrome is not supported.
