Calendar Synchronization
Calendar Synchronization provides a user the ability to maintain and update their Oracle Calendar entries through the use of their Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) or the Oracle Calendar application on their desktop so that changes will be reflected in both locations.
What Is Included
- Two-way synchronization for calendar events, tasks and address book entries
- Compatibility with Windows Mobile 2003 second edition (Pocket PC), Palm Treo devices, and the devices listed under the PDA section
- Depending on the PDA, the service will use the Over-the-Air (OTA) feature. If OTA is not available, then you must synchronize by tethering the device to your personal computer to create a connection.

Cost
- Provided at no additional charge for Palm device users who wish to sync by tethering their PDA to their computer. The software can be downloaded from the ITS Downloads at no additional charge
- One-time setup and configuration fee of $75 per device that will be supported by ITS
- One-time software fee of $40 for SyncML v. 2.5.0.69 per Windows Mobile Treo device
- Annual support fee of $150 per device
- Cost of data service for PDAs using OTA (Over-The-Air) synchronization
