Enterprise Calendar
Enterprise Calendar provides the ability to schedule, track and view calendar events, tasks and address book entries from both your desktop computer and from the web for both people and resources such as a conference bridge, conference room, lab equipment, or departmental vacation or events calendar.
What Is Included - Basic Service
- Oracle calendar client software for Windows and OS X operating systems
- Resource calendars for scheduling non-people resources, i.e. conference rooms
- Web interface access at http://calendar.med.cornell.edu
- Ability to schedule meetings with WCMC and NewYork-Presbyterian staff
- Ability to schedule meetings with Qatar staff and resources is currently not supported
What Is Included - Enhanced Service
Physician clinical schedule pushed (one-way) from GECB to their Oracle enterprise calendar
Cost
- Resource calendars are provided at no additional charge
- Provided at no additional charge for WCMC staff with ITS-supported machines .
- Annual charge of $100 for WCMC staff without ITS-supported machines but have an active email account. Calendar account will be provided upon request.
