Create a foundation for consistent IT project success throughout the WCMC IT community. Do this through establishing and championing consistent project, program and portfolio management practices within WCMC's IT project teams

How Do I See a List of Current Projects which ITS is Managing?

The Active Projects link allows you to view the current projects which ITS is managing. Project details such as goals, requestor, status and expected go-live date are provided.

What Is Included

The PMO provides Project Management Services which can be chosen to match the needs of our customer's projects. For details, please navigate to the Project Management Office Services page.

How Do I Get Started?

The Project Request form allows you to describe the project and its objectives, indicate a funding source, and discuss the benefit to the university and the requested start and completion date. Required fields are indicated by a red line next to the label. Optional fields should be completed if you know the information.
