Managed hosting is based on a dedicated server, configured to meet your needs, and operated in a safe and fault-tolerant facility. A trained system administrator will patch your supported operating system and supervise hardware maintenance. ITS offers managed hosting for Windows, Unix and Linux servers.
What Is Included - Basic Service
Consultation with ITS staff to determine requirements and product specifications, including:

- Installation of operating system
- Support of standard rack mountable server
- Co-location
- Physical security
- Network access
- Nightly system and data backup according to standard retention policies
What Is Included - Enhanced Service
Basic service features plus application configuration and maintenance supervision for 3rd party applications you purchase to be run on your dedicated hosted server
Cost
- Basic:
- One-time fee of $3,000 which includes:
- Setup and configuration: $1,500
- Facilities: $1,500
- Annual fees - $5,000
- Enhanced:
- Basic fees, plus application configuration - Price varies based on size and complexity
