Billing (myITSBill)
Billing (myITSBill) provides online access to statements reflecting charges to WCMC departmental accounts for billable (i.e.annual support fees for ITS-tagged machines) services provided by Information Technologies & Services (ITS).
What Is Included
- View the annual billing statement that reflects all annually charged services for the fiscal year
- View monthly statements that reflect incidental and incremental charges for that month
- Sort and filter billing information to logically reorganize the information as needed
- Make comments for each charge on-line. Billing comments left on the website are automatically sent to the ITS Billing Administrator for resolution
