Upgrading Citrix Client
To upgrade to the latest Citrix client for EpicCare access, please refer to the following steps.
Note: If you do not see 'Run Adverstised Programs," then the SCCM client is not installed on your machine. Contact the ITS Service Desk for assistance. This upgrade will require a reboot of your machine to take effect.
- Click on your "Start" button. Select "Settings" followed by "Control Panel."

- Double click on "Run Advertised Programs" icon.

- Select Citrix XenApp for Host Applications ...

- Click on the "Download" button.

- The download will begin. This make take 5 to 30 minutes depending on network traffic and server utilization.

- Click on the "Next >" button.

- Select the "I accept the terms of the License Agreement" radio button, and click on the "Install" button.

- Click on the "Finish" button, toreboot your machine. Remember to save your work, e.g., save and close all of your open documents.

- Once rebooted, launch Epic from the desktop shortcut.

- Log onto the Epic.
