Weill Cornell Medical College (WCMC) out-patient clinical information systems are managed by the Weill Cornell Physician Organization Information Services (POIS) and Business Office (POBO) groups. The two major applications are EpicCare and General Electric Centricity Business (GE CB). EpicCare is the electronic medical record system, while GE CB is the patient billing and scheduling system.
