Application process:

If your study has already been approved by the CTSC, no application is needed (please contact Jessie Lee)
If your study has not yet been reviewed by the CTSC and REDCap is the only CTSC resource being requested, use our Short Application for REDCap.
If you are requesting REDCap AS WELL AS other CTSC resources:
- If requested resources are limited to REDCap, core laboratory, molecular core, and/or biostatistics, use our Expedited Application for Core Lab and/or Biostatistics.
- If you are requesting REDCap in combination with patient care units, nutrition services, and/or ancillary funding, use our Full Resource Application.

On-Line Survey Tool (REDCap/Survey)

REDCap Survey is a tool for building and managing online surveys. You can create and design surveys in your web browser and engage potential respondents using a variety of notification methods. Participant responses may be easily exported to Microsoft Excel or to common statistical analysis packages (SPSS, SAS, R, Stata).
