Weill-Cornell Bioinformatics and Data Management Walk-In Clinics

Bioinformatics and Data Management walk-in clinics are held throughout the academic year and represent a collaboration between the CTSC and the Weill Cornell Institute for Computational Biomedicine (ICB). During clinic hours, a representative of the CTSC Core Informatics Group is available to provide consultation on data management issues, as well as information on data management software available through the CTSC. In addition, representatives of the ICB are available to provide consultation and referrals on issues related to bioinformatics and computational biology. Walk-In Clinics are scheduled for the following dates, throughout the academic year (Sept to June):

Thursdays from 11am-noon, last clinic on June 30th

MSKCC Bioinformatics and Programming Walk-In Clinics

Bioinformatics and Programming walk-in clinics are also held throughout the year at MSKCC locations, and complement the Weill Cornell-based clinics. Open to investigators from any of the CTSC partner institutions, these clinics offer on-the-spot consultation and referrals in the areas of bioinformatics and computational biology as well as programming issues and questions.
