In March of 2006 the Clinical Trials Office (CTO) established the Clinical Research Advisory Group (CRAG). Selected Clinical Research Program Coordinators and Administrators, identified as being extremely efficient, competent, knowledgeable, and successful in executing clinical research trials at WCMC were invited to become part of this advisory group. Each CRAG member, on their own time, participated in this forum and provided extremely valuable contributions.

The objectives of CRAG included initially orienting the new Director of CTO to the current operations and 'best practices' within WCMC. The group continues to provide regular input regarding quality improvement initiatives at the site level, data collection, educational interventions, and contributions and/or review of various tools, templates and guidance. Because of the varied experience of each member, our guidance and templates are not just theoretical but based in reality with the help of these seasoned professionals. Without a doubt, the CTO website would not be populated with such a wealth of useful tools, templates and resources within such a short period of time without their contributions.
