Application Process
We encourage physicians, PhDs, nurses, and other health professionals with an interest and commitment to clinical research, and who desire a strong foundation in knowledge and skills in clinical investigation, to apply for the 2008 fall semester.
Those interested in clinical research have the option to pursue a Certificate in Clinical Investigation in one year or a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Investigation awarded at the end of two years.
Eligibility:
- A high degree of motivation and commitment to a full-time career in patient-oriented research;
- US citizens or permanent residents and non-citizen nationals;
- Senior residents, fellows, MDs (must be in final year of residency or fellowship training or in Cornell's special internal medicine or fellowship research pathway), MD/PhDs, PhDs, DDS and DMD degree holders who are interested in or involved in clinical research;
- Medical students, other health care professionals involved in clinical research (those with BSN, MSN, DNSc degrees, physicians assistants, clinical research project coordinators) will also be considered.
We expect applicants to represent a wide variety of backgrounds and disciplines and welcome eligible candidates with different levels of training.
