Overview

Health information technology, including electronic health records, is a top national priority to improve healthcare delivery, reduce medical errors, improve care coordination and efficiency, engage patients in their own health care, and serve public health. The Weill Cornell Certificate Program in Health Information Technology prepares students for careers at the intersection of health and information technology, in clinical settings, public health, industry or government. This program utilizes a combination of in person class sessions and online materials.
