Jessica Ancker, MPH, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in Public Health and a Deputy Director of the Health Information Technology Evaluation Collaborative (HITEC). Dr. Ancker's expertise is in measuring the patient experience, the optimal display of electronic data, and the usability of personal health records.
